Policy: The Mississippi Board Nursing provides services and information consistent with the provisions of the Mississippi Public Records Act of 1983, Miss. Code Ann. § 25-61-1 et. Seq. “Public Records Act”.

In compliance with the above policy, names, mailing addresses, email addresses and counties of residence of RNs and LPNs who hold active, valid Mississippi licenses shall be released. APRNs (nurse practitioners, certified registered nurse anesthetists and certified nurse midwives) also include practice specialty.

Requests and Fees: This online application will allow you to submit the required information and submit your online payment. All fees must be paid prior to release of information.

Licensed Practical Nurses - 13346 Records - $500.00
Registered Nurses - 54556 Records - $500.00
Advanced Practice Registered Nurses - 9574 Records - $250.00

Agency Response: Upon succesful payment, you will receive an email with a link to a web page where you will be able to download your selected lists. This link will be active for 24 hours after your succesful payment is received.

Media: Information is released via email in an Excel spreadsheet.
